NEEDED: Superhero Receptionist Wanted to Save the Day for Busy Moms!

We're seeking a fabulous receptionist who can answer calls, make appointments, and make our clients feel like they have a superhero on their side!

Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls from our superhero headquarters
Schedule appointments and keep our superhero calendar organized
Spread joy and positivity to our clients through phone calls and in-person greetings
Be the superhero sidekick to our professional organizers, ensuring everything runs smoothly

Within 1 month you will:Learn our process on delivering an INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE by reaching out to clients within 60 seconds of form submissions, having extreme enthusiasm and passion with helping clients with their projects, and going above and beyond to make the clients experience easy, non-judgemental, and effortless.
Complete our onboarding program designed to get you up to speed on our business, vision, and team and gain an understanding of how your role fits into Clutterless Home Solutions LLC broader organization.
Conduct 1:1s with everyone on our team

Within 3 months you will:Master the communication process with clients
Roleplay sales calls with the company founders
Become familiar with our ideal client profile, and understand our clients well.

Within 6 months you will:Be making sales effortlessly by helping stressed moms complete organizing projects
Helping assist the organizing team to excel with clients & supporting them in any way needed
Reaching out to local businesses and creating new relationships to scale our business and bring in new clientele

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $42.00 per hour
