Job Overview

The Business Development Executive will work within the Business Development, Marketing and Elements team as a critical individual for the overall business development, marketing, sales, and events coordination for the school.


Events:
This role will be responsible for taking complete leadership of the school’s major events, including The Festive Night Market, the International Family Fair, University Fairs, Plays, Concerts, Sports events, Charity events, and Open Days, as well as supporting all staff in minor school events.


Marketing:
This role will be responsible for handling the school’s social media platforms, taking and editing photos, and assisting the Head of Marketing with any marketing activities. This role will also be responsible for the marketing collaterals (print and digital), social media and promotion activities of Elements by BSB.


Educational Visits:
This role will be responsible for processing all educational visits and coordinating with the trip organiser to ensure all documents are compliant before the trip departs.


All activities will be performed under the guidance and instruction of the Head of Marketing and PR and the Head of Business Development to increase brand awareness, lead generation, social media engagement and interaction, and events management.
