Administrative Assistant [Philippines]


 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a keen eye for detail. While previous administration experience is desirable, we are willing to train the right candidate who has a willingness to learn new skills.

Job Details:

Work from home

Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM (AEST)

  • Following Australian Public Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for obtaining and managing client data in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Perform regular data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide support to other team members as needed, assisting in maintaining a smooth workflow within the organization.
  • Ensure all tasks are delivered within the specified deadline.
  • Take ownership and responsibility of assigned tasks, ensuring they are completed to a high standard.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1-year prior administration experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular emphasis on Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail and an aptitude for working with figures.
  • Proven ability to deliver tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively both unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic attitude and a self-motivated mindset.
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for tasks assigned.
