Licensed Registered Nurse (RN)
2 years full time registered nurse experience within specialty
A valid RN license (50 States Staffing will assist with obtaining additional travel nurse job state licensure where applicable)
A valid BLS
Specialty related certifications are preferred and may be required for specific registered nurse and travel nurse positions

The Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse administers medications, monitors fetal heart rates, may assist inducing labor, and works with physicians to de! sign an infant delivery plan. Many facilities are requesting RN L and D travel nurses who are also competent in the total birth process, from antepartum to newborn nursery and all the various sub specialties involved. This Labor and Delivery travel nursing job may offer a variety of settings, including not just hospitals, but birthing and maternity centers, health clinics and OB/GYN outpatient offices.
