Swope Health Services is seeking three Clinic Manager's for our OB/GYN Department, Swope Health Wyandotte and Swope Health Northland. Professional candidate is responsible for managing all clinical and operati! onal aspects within their assigned clinic(s) in an effort to provide excellent customer service, quality, cost, and deliver performance in line with Swope Health Services strategy, goals and values. The Clinic Manager is in charge of patient relations, personnel administration and the facility's fiscal management. The Clinic Manager serves as a liaison between Medical staff and other clinical staff coordinating the day-to-day operation of clinic services in an effort to provide quality health care to our patients. This position works in close cooperation with the Chief Nursing Officer, however, must exhibit initiative and independent action in accomplishing their job duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. RN licensure required. Dual license preferred in MO & KS.
2. Three- five years supervisory experience of a clinical setting and understanding the concept of team nursing for delivering care and demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate.
3. Knowledge of healthcare t! heory and practice.
4. Knowledge of general policies and p! rocedures in healthcare
5. Ability to maintain accurate records.
6. Ability to establish effective working relationships with patients and multi-disciplinary staff
