We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the owner of the company. The workplace will be work from home (home office set up preferably). Filing, computer work, organizing, payroll, entering data are prime duties. Also running errands, picking up checks at customer's homes, and shopping.
Responsibilities;
- first thing in the morning, enter information from previous day
- major duties, bookkeeping, payroll, organizing
- When jobs are finish, coordinating with homeowner pick up final check
- Running errands picking up office supplies
