Grand Capital LLC is a growing Real Estate Investment Company who buys and sells properties nationwide. We are seeking a highly motivated full-time Sales Representative that understands that success comes through hard work and tenacity.
Compensation: $2,000/month Base pay + Commissions with NO CAP!
Minimum 2 years of sales closing experience required!
Expectations and Requirements:
∙ The ability to make calls for 6-8 hours a day
∙ Manage pipeline of prospects
∙ Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
∙ Overcome objections
∙ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have to be able to connect with a variety of personalities
∙ Must be results driven and have the mindset to want more financially
∙ Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to add value
∙ Must be goal oriented and able to hit metrics
∙ Professional in attitude and appearance
∙ Must have great organization and planning skills
∙ Self-motivated and results driven with proven ability to succeed
Real Estate License and experience is NOT required!
