Description
ROCK REVIVAL is seeking an organized and detail-oriented candidate to fulfill an open Customer Service Representative position. This Full-Time position will be part of our EDI/Customer Service team.
Job Duties
- Receive and process orders from customers
- Check all orders to match quantities, price and cancel dates
- Troubleshoot maintenance of shipping schedules and warehouse work order processing
- Ensure all needed documents are processed correctly
- Maintain shipping guidelines
- Coordinate order preparation with the Warehouse
- Organize shipment for pick up with the trucking companies
- Follow up and make corrections to orders
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working in an Customer Service position - fashion/apparel industry wholesale experience preferred
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- High attention to details and accuracy in performance
- Ability to bend and lift products weighing up to 30 lbs. without assistance
- Knowledge of corporate email etiquette
- Well organized, able to multi-task, and work well under pressure and tight deadlines
Preferences
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
