Field HR Generalist

 

Job Description

Essential Duties:

• Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related questions for GMs and DMs in the Region of support
• Support Sr. HRM and HR Managers and HR Associate Managers with HRIS tasks, reporting, recruiting, investigations, and other HR tasks
• Conduct trainings for managers on how to use the HRIS platform, recruiting tips, and other HR related managerial tasks
• Partner with management to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations when necessary, review and complete warnings as needed
• Enforces all company policies
• Partners with Recruiting and leadership to ensure stores get staffed quickly
• Assists teammates with payroll, time off, and benefit related questions
• Completes special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in HR or related field.
• Desire to grow in HR field
• Attention to detail, able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills (verbal, written)
• Able to communicate with all levels of teammates and managers.
• 2-5 years HR experience in a generalist capacity.
• Experience with hourly workforce
• Experience with Workday preferred but not required

• Excellent verbal and written communication Interpersonal Development planning Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Compensation Range

52,300.00 USD - 59,900.00 USD
