  • Our team has an opening for a Customer Service Associate. As a customer service representative, you will be the heart and soul of our commitment to our bettors. This role is instrumental in providing support for our users on the exchange, and ensuring they have a great experience with our platform

What will you do?

  • Be part of a collaborative team, using email and live chat to rapidly resolve inquiries and exceed user expectations
  • Utilize your technical skills to master our internal admin systems, troubleshoot bugs, and resolve issues
  • Think creatively and passionately about ways to make every user interaction meaningful and provide the best customer experience possible
  • Help share user insights and trends to all areas of the business, including product, marketing, and operations
  • Contribute to making sports wagering more exciting for our rapidly growing user base

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 1+ years of professional experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a related industry
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with customer support tools like Intercom or Zendesk
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
  • A quick and creative problem-solving mind
  • Effective oral and written skills
  • A deep understanding and respect for our inclusive communication guidelines
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our evolving software
  • A keen interest in the sports betting industry or financial markets
