Why are we making this hire?

We need someone who can join our marketing team and immediately know how to generate and post content on all of our company's social media profiles, lead service profiles and websites. ABOUT THIS POSITION - WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

This is a part-time, contractor position - I am looking for a marketing business owner who offers these services who can come in and crush this for us. We currently have 7 companies: Foothills Painting (Colorado), Elk Horn Painting (Colorado),, Imperial Painters (Colorado), Michigan Pure Painting (Michigan), Venture Painting (Dallas), Greenhaus Painting (Connecticut) and Impressions Painting Company (Oklahoma).

We’re looking for an experienced content creator and social media marketer who will be responsible for the content creation, social media management/posting of all NPG companies we operate.

This is a part-time contract position. I do not know how many hours it will take - you tell me from your experience, what your contract rate is to get the job done.

Your intention will be to build our presences on Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube & TikTok via creation and posting of compelling content. Additionally, this position will organize content on our drive, architect editorial calendars, add content to our website and fill in on other content needs as the business needs them.

I am looking for someone who has PROVEN experience doing this for other B2C companies and can come in and do it immediately. Previous home services marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Your Core Accountabilities are:

  • Create content via writing & video that connects with homeowners to schedule an estimate with our companies
  • Post content all the time for our companies

To be successful in this role, you should have PROVEN experience creating and posting content for Facebook for Business, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Pinterest, Google Business Profile and websites.

You should be someone who LOVES content creation, content organization, posting content and seeing how these efforts contribute to lead generation. You should also be someone who LOVES connecting with homeowners.

**A home services marketing background is strongly preferred and will move applicants right to the top given they submit a resume and cover letter.**
