I'm looking for a suitable candidate for the position “Office Admin” for my company.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and diversify the ways to streamline processes.
- Manage and train the office boy and security staff.
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Organize and supervise other office activities ( repairing and maintenance etc.)
- Cleanliness of office premises and verifying utility bills.
- Ensure the repair and maintenance of office premises and company assets
- Handling office operations as per the requirement.
- Manage the inventory of the office like grocery supplies and housekeeping material.
- Other documentation and assignments by CEO and COO.
- Other Administrative/Additional tasks assigned by senior management.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
Requirements:
Qualification: Min. BA
Age Requirement: 25 to 35 (should be active)
Singles would be preferred for this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
