As an Executive Assistant, working from our office in Battle Creek, MI, you will provide general clerical support for the Brand Marketing team. If you have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills then this job is for you.

    Keep the team organized –
    As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for calendar management, creating and formatting executive-level presentations and correspondence, and completing expense reports.
  • Community Relations – You’ll be the point of contact for all external relations.
  • Administrative support – You will serve as a support resource for the Marketing Leadership Team, taking on projects and assisting in various department administrative tasks.
  • Ordering Supplies - You will be responsible for ordering general office supplies as well as maintaining the budget.
  • Coordinate travel - You will assist the Manager and Senior Leadership Team with any of their travel needs.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS


  • High School Diploma or GED with substantial work experience supporting senior management
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • High proficiency with MS Office, including MS Teams
