Last year we raised our pre-seed round from A+ VCs and are now looking for a Product Support Engineer to help our team deliver innovative solutions.
Tasks
- Actively lead technical implementation sessions to educate and convert our clients as well as understand our customer's needs first-hand
- You are our product expert. When our clients need assistance in regard to our product, integrations, and platforms is for you they will go
- Responsible for technical pre-sales design recommendations and justifications
- Take responsibility for how users experience our product with all its touch points and ensure it's up to the high standard we set for ourselves
- Actively contribute to our technology strategy
- Consistently and cogently address our prospect's needs through astute verbal and written communication skills while communicating
- Be a cross-functional member of your team. You'll work with other team members and stakeholders, which are essential elements in building our digital products
- Make delivering innovative work part of your extraordinary career
- You are a dedicated person with a solid technical background in developing technologies such as React, Typescript, and JavaScript
- You have a deep passion for SaaS business models and, ideally, bring 2+ years of experience in technical customer onboarding or support
- You have already performed technical customer onboarding for an interface- and frontend-based product, ideally a software library
- Advanced communication skills, analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and fluent business English to communicate with our customers and to understand their use cases and problems
- You are a team player, love to take responsibility, share knowledge, and have the ability to help other developers by performing code reviews.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
