In this role you are jointly responsible for a product range throughout the entire life circle which contributes highly to our company success. You are the central contact person and 'hub' for the products for which you are responsible and you maintain important interfaces with numerous other internal and external departments. In addition, you support cross-business unit projects. We are looking for someone to start in this position on June 1st 2023 or by agreement.
Do what you love:
- Assortment and product conception, including assortment strategy, market analysis, pricing, milestone meetings, master data, strategy workshops, etc.
- Accompanying the entire product development while keeping the deadlines
- Responsible for product communication and packaging in close collaboration with marketing an external partners
- Supporting sales with product presentations, market development concepts, sales meetings, networking with external partners, analysis of stock levels, etc.
- Responsible for achieving the seasonal collection targets, both in terms of quality and quantity
- Ensuring data quality in the PLM and CMI systems
Play to your strengths:
- Education in business administration, marketing or industrial design or similar
- Experience in the outdoor/sports market in the areas of product, communication and/or sales
- Passion for mountain and outdoor sports, you are active as well
- Technical understanding of functional outdoor products
- Affinity for and experience in product communication
- Assertiveness, good organizer and coordinator
- Rhetoric strengths and you like to (re)present
- Conceptual skills
- Fluent in English and German; other languages are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
