This position is full-time and works approximately 40 hours per week.

This position is in the Department of OB/GYN. This position is for the Medical School Campus.
Essential Functions
POSITION SUMMARY:
Position manages organization, data collection and data entry of patients involved in studies and performs basic technical/lab services.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:!
1. Performs chart review of medical records, literatu! re research and review, and data analysis and entry in support of study objectives.
2. Screens and Interviews subjects for study.
3. Performs collection of specimens. Performs basic lab/technical duties as instructed, such as processing specimens.
4. Performs data collection from medical charts and data entry for the study.
5. Followup with patients and Initiates procedures to obtain medical release for patient follow-up information.
6. Tracks patients for follow-up documents monitoring completion of appropriate changes, forms.
7. Provides administrative support for study and assistance in grant preparation/tracking.
Other Functions:
8. Assists office staff with filing, answering phone, and other functions.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma plus 2 years of administrative or research experience, preferably in a medical environment; Associate’s degree or 2 years of college ! may substitute for experience.
Salary Range
The hiring range for this position is $15.93 to $19.91 per hour.
