Medical Assistant Certification
2 years of experience required
Looking for friendly, efficient medical receptionist. Will mainly work telephones in busy OBGYN practice! ; taking messages and scheduling appointments. Will also cover the front desk doing patient check in and check out. Please include this information in the posting. Prefer OBGYN experience. Prefer EPIC experience.
Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Performs general clerical duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of one year customer service or receptionist experience.
Other: Computer skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
EMR and EPIC exp.
