Job Summary : OB/GYN Department
Department supervisor is responsible and accountable for providing high quality and effective servic! e to the patients, physicians and staff of the clinic and system through proper use of manpower, facilities, supplies, equipment, and other resources. This includes all activities related to the delivery of patient care.
Must be able to multitask. Practices effective problem identification and resolution. Demonstrates effective communication. Must be a team player.
Education Required : Bachelors in a Related Field
Education Preferred : MHA or MBA
RN with management experience
Experience Required : 3-5 Years Related Experience
Skills Required : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
n Self starter.
n Ability to monitor and compile data and disseminate results to multiple levels of leaders and employees.
n Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects; proficient in Microsoft office.
n Management e! xperience that includes supervisory, budget, and patient care ! activities in ether inpatient or ambulatory patient care settings.
