Description: Centerpoint Medical Center is looking of Ultrasound Technologist-Part-time right now, this occupation will be placed in Missouri. Occupational exposure to hazardous materials may occur.Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited program by the Commission of Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), American Medical Association (AMA) or other accrediting agency.
Licensure/Certifications: Current registration/licensure/certification in good standing with the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). For new graduates, must become RDMS registered in one of three areas within 12 months of hire: OB/Gyn, Abdomen or Breast. If not currently registered in vascular technology, must become RVT registered within 18 months of hire date. Certification in BLS required.
