- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science.
- LCSW or Licensed Professional Counselor with group therapy experience
- 1 - 3 years leadership experience required
- Knowledge of chronic mental illness and chemical dependency
The Operation Manager / Team Leader is responsible for the daily operations of the adult outpatient behavioral health department. You will provide departmental leadership, direct and develop staff, act as a resource for all staff and physicians. We are looking for a creative problem solver to facilitate achievement of exceptional standards of patient / customer experience, quality of service, employee engagement, and physician relations.
