Description: Open Door Unlimited is hiring Family Practice, Missouri (MO312) right now, this position will be placed in Missouri. Southwest Missouri - Community Health Center that is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Southwest MO is in need of two family practice physicians. One need is in an established clinic in a community of 50K the other is in a new facility that is under construction in a small quaint lake community. The clinics provide Dental and full range of Medical care including OB /Gyn care in the clinic however, no deliveries are performed. These positions are 100% outpatient with phone call.
